Love of my Life

I've known you most of my life
Forty-six years as husband and wife
Raised two babies of our own
Now both are fully grown.

Looked around, we are now alone
Just you and me like in the start
But through the years a lot has changed
People, places, things, the world
And yet our love remains the same
Amongst the falling leaves
True and strong to one another bound
To James my true and only love.
